CBC now features a cask conditioned brew (almost) everyday. The brewer's rotate continuously through different styles. Each rotating style is dryhopped with a different hop varietal each time, so that our brewers and customers can experience and enjoy a wide variety of flavors. These popular casks of ale typically last only a day or two at the most, and often disappear within hours! Please also see our Seasonal Beers on Tap and our always available House Beers. Cheers!

  • Travis, the bartender, was really great. He was happy to answer all of our annoying questions, was attentive and not at all overbearing, and was ingeniously manning the radio. After sampling just about all the beers (some of the little glasses the samples were served in were ADORABLE), I went with a 9 oz pour of the Regatta Golden. This beer was delicious and tasted great along with my BBQ burger. This burger was bomb!
