Honey Badger - Spontaneously fermented Imperial lambic with local honey.
2004 Grand Cru Kriek du Cambridge - Many years in the barrel. Wicked tart and complex. We warned you.
2011 Cerise Cassee - Solera barrel aged for up to 8 years, then blended. A unique American sour ale.
Jack Straw - A cream ale created by homebrewer Jack Fuqua at CBC, we’ve fermented this batch with 100% Brettanomyces. Get funky!
YouEnjoyMyMalta - Imperial non-alcohol beer. Yes, you read that correctly. See above where we said “abusing our position and f***ing up the mainstream.”
